New Classes at the Brooklyn Institute

Brooklyn Institute is offering some sevearly interesting classes that we just have to share with you guys. The first class starts on the 9th of April and is called “Telegraphs, Pneumatic Tubes and Teleportation”; it addresses the history in both theory and literature of the reception, discussion, and representation of new communication technologies in everything from Dickens to Foucault. If you enroll today, you will receive free copies of Terry Gilliam’s Brazil and Bellamy’s Looking Backwards.
